At Auralinen, we are committed to offering breathable, stylish linen shorts crafted for comfort and sophistication. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we kindly ask you to read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned with original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Not be a made-to-order or customized piece

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our slow fashion model, many Auralinen pieces are made specifically for you once you place your order. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Made-to-order or custom items
- Pieces that have been altered, washed, or worn
- Any request based on change of mind or incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide or contact us for help before ordering)
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Responsibility for the item remains with you until it reaches our facility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and a brief explanation to hello@twoskyretail.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement, refund, or credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Made-to-order and customized garments
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is confirmed.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the result. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
